和健行登山組的路線相同，但比賽速度更快。從三貂嶺出發，在比賽會場結束。此外13至16歲的兒童和有家長陪同的兒童也可以參加。

The same route as the Hike Group, but at a faster pace. Starting in Sandiaoling and finishing at the race venue. Also, open to children who are between 13 to 16 years old and who are accompanied by a parent.  

這是一條可以跑的山徑，裡面包含一些陡峭的爬坡和技巧性的下坡。在活動會場開跑，完成路線會在三貂嶺的場地。

A runnable trail with a bit of everything, some steep climbs and technical downhills with plenty of flowing track. Starting at the race venue and finishing at our Sandiaoling event venue.

中程距離路線，大約850m的爬升，但只要你有一定的體能基礎這不會太難。並且也是UTMB 20公里指標羅東 。 這個賽道歸類於ITRA level 1 , 並且也是ITRA National league challenge 的賽事之一。

Our middle distance trail, with almost 850m of climbing, is still a proper challenge for even accomplished runners. This is an ITRA Level 1 rated trail and forms part of the ITRA National League challenge. In addition, it is also an UTMB 20K Index event, and will contribute to every finisher’s individual UTMB Index.

這個路線可以說是把十分最美麗的山徑都跑遍了。大約1300m的爬升。路線難度適合有一定經驗的跑者，想要挑戰自己的技術與能耐。並且也是UTMB 20公里指標羅東 。這個賽道歸類於ITRA Level 1 ,並且也是ITRA National league challenge 的賽事之一。

Take in the best of what is on offer on the trails around Shifen. A challenging trail, with just over 1300m of climbing suitable for the experienced runner who is looking to push themselves. This is an ITRA Level 1 rated trail and also forms part of the ITRA National League challenge. In addition, it is also an UTMB 20K Index event, and will contribute to every finisher’s individual UTMB Index.

The Shifen Trail 27km and 18km trail categories form part of the ITRA National League initiative that encourages participation in trail races at national level. The National League is open to every trail runner. To be ranked you need to participate in at least 3 National League races of the same country during the same calendar year.

The National League ranking is calculated by country during the same calendar year. The sum of your best 3 ITRA scores obtained on National League races will give your National League score. If you race more than 3 National League races, your 3 best scores will be considered for the final ranking.

十分越野FKT Strava 挑戰  Shifen Trail FKT (Fastest Known Time) – STRAVA Segment

除了賽事類別外，我們還在27公里和18公里的步道上設立了FKT（Fastest Known Time）挑戰。在指定的STRAVA段落中，誰能完成最快的時間，將獲得FKT挑戰的獎品。該段落將僅在比賽當天早上提供。

FKT獎品將頒發給當天27公里或18公里賽事中最快的男性和最快的女性。

這僅在比賽當天和比賽期間有效。

這僅根據STRAVA段落數據有效。

In addition to the race categories, we have the Shifen Trail FKT Challenge during the 27km and 18km trails. Whoever sets the fastest time on the given STRAVA segment, will receive an event FKT prize. The segment will only be made available the morning of the race.

FKT prizes are awarded to the fastest male and fastest female overall in either the 27km or 18km race categories on the day.

This is only valid on the day and during the race.

This is only valid according to the STRAVA segment data.
