The event will be electronic chip timed and official results will be made available online after the event.
Timing chips are located on the back of each participant’s bib number.
NOTE: Do not remove these chips from your bibs, as you will not have recorded event times.

In the multi-day races, the final leaderboard after day two is determined by the combined total time for each participant across both days. This format makes longer distances more approachable for non-elite runners by breaking them into manageable segments, encouraging enthusiasts of all levels to join.
沿路的路線標記 Course Markings
請遵循樹木上、路徑或小徑上用橙色緞帶或白色粉筆做記號的路線。不應遵循其他標記。轉彎也將標有這些緞帶和方向標誌。容易走錯的路徑將用危險或警示帶指示。
雖然我們會盡最大努力標記路線,但遵循官方路線的主要責任還需每位參賽者共同幫忙。 我們將會有一位大會跑者跟隨最後一名參與者並移除路線標記。

Only follow the orange ribbons / white chalk in the trees, paths, or trails. No other markings should be followed. Turns will also be marked with these ribbons and directional signage. The wrong way will be indicated with hazard or warning tape.
While utmost care will be taken to mark and marshal the route, the responsibility for following the official route lies with the participant.
Course sweepers are following behind the last participant and removing the route markers. If you are towards the back of the race, make sure you do not step off the course and let the sweepers overtake you as the markers will then be removed and you may not be able to follow the course.
保護環境 Nature
禁止以任何方式亂扔垃圾。
參賽者應尊重大自然且保護環境的完整性,我們對亂扔垃圾零容忍。,山徑屬於大自然的每個動植物,所以請照顧好山徑和周圍的環境,讓它們保持原始狀態,以供之後來的人使用。
嚴禁在賽場上亂扔垃圾。跑者有責任確保所有垃圾扔進垃圾箱。嚴格遵守“不留痕跡,不從森林帶任何東西離開的理念。
不要刻意驚嚇動物——給它們更多的空間,必要時出點聲,以防止可能出現的危險情況。
Littering in any way is prohibited.
Participants shall respect the integrity of the natural environment they are in, which includes a zero-tolerance for littering. The mountain trails have been preserved by many people ahead of our Event, so please take care of the trails and surroundings and leave them pristine for those who come afterwards.
Any littering on the course is strictly prohibited. Runners are responsible for ensuring that anything they discard goes into a bin. Strictly adhere to the “leave no trace and take no souvenirs” policy.
Never scare animals – give extra room and announce your presence appropriately to prevent possible dangerous situations.
山徑上其他使用者 Other Trail Users
我們的山徑大部分位於公眾山徑,我們並不是唯一使用的它團體。請大家遇到其他登山者、跑者或周邊運動的居民等,請注意安全! 體驗山徑,平安完賽才是我們最想完成的目標。
We make use of public trails. They are not reserved for us and they are not closed to other users. Please be courteous when passing hikers, other runners, or people with dogs.

關門時間可能會依照實際情況略作調整,但將嚴格執行。
The following cut-off times are provisional and may change slightly as the event approaches. All cut-off times will be strictly enforced.

We only have cut-off times at the finish line in each category.

急救站 Aid Stations
簡易急救站/補給站將會由我們熱情的志工提供:
- 急救:OK蹦,凡士林與基本的醫藥服務
- 食物/飲水: 水/能量飲/點心/水果
Well stocked Aid Stations manned by passionate volunteers, provide:
Food/Drink: Water, electrolyte drinks, snacks, fruit
First Aid: Band-Aids, Vaseline, and other basic first aid supplies
本次賽事為無杯賽事,請攜帶可重複使用的水瓶。我們會在每個補給站提供補水服務。遵循我們的「自備飲水」理念,賽事期間不會提供一次性杯子或碗,所有跑者必須攜帶自己的便攜水杯、壺、內袋或碗。
This is a cup-free event. Please bring your refillable water bottle; we’ll have refill stations at each aid station. Aligned with our “Carry Your Own” philosophy, there will be no disposable cups or bowls available, so all runners must carry their own portable drinking cups, flasks, bladders, or bowls.

Tips for using the maps below:
Change the distance measurement to Km’s on the bottom of the black border. Go to the Map on plotaroute.com in order to see more details. Click on menu and select “”Downloads” to download GPX, KML or TCX files. Click on menu and select “Hills” to show the Elevation graph on the bottom. Click on menu and select “Directions” to show route notes and important information. Select Map, Satellite or Path on the top right to chose your background layout. Satellite is the best. Zoom in / out – Scroll over the route to get an understanding for the route and the important points.
