Please note that event packets will not be mailed to participants. All packets must be collected in person or by an assigned person during the designated collection dates and times.

在您的比賽號碼布上會附上一個標註號碼的包包吊牌。比賽當天，請將此吊牌牢牢固定於您的背包上，並在行李寄存區域將背包放置好。這樣可以確保所有參賽者的寄放過程順利高效。

Included with your event number bib is a bag tag labeled with your event bib number. On event day, please attach this tag securely to your bag before dropping it off at the bag storage area. This helps ensure a smooth and efficient drop-off process for all participants.

無法提前領取？Can’t Attend Early Collection?

若您無法參加提前領取，可委託他人代領。代領人需出示以下資料 If you’re unable to attend early collection, you may nominate someone to collect on your behalf. They will need:

• 您的號碼布編號 Your event bib number
• 報名證明（可為紙本或螢幕截圖）A proof of registration (printed or a screenshot)

Shirt designs are the same for men and women. 

NOTE: When the shirt deadline is reached on August 15, 2025, the system will still have shirt size options available, but unfortunately there won’t be any shirts available after this date. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Extra Event Shirt – If you like our design and would like to purchase extra shirts, then these can also be done on our registration page. Extra event shirts cost NT420 per shirt. This does not include any delivery fee. 

頭燈是可以進行尺碼的調整 Headlamps are adjustable sizes. 

充飽電後頭燈約可使用5-6小時 These headlamps have about 5-6hours battery life once fully charged. 

如果你選擇購買頭燈，請確保你活動前至指定的位子提領你的頭燈，以便你提前充電。

IMPORTANT: Please ensure to pick up your event packet along with your headlamp on the designated dates before the event day, if you plan to purchase a headlamp. You will need to charge your purchased headlamp before the event day.

除了賽事類別外，我們還在31公里和24公里的步道上設立了貓空越野 HONG MAO KOMBUCHA FKT（Fastest Known Time）挑戰。在指定的STRAVA段落中，誰能完成最快的時間，將獲得HONG MAO KOMBUCHA FKT挑戰的獎品。該段落將僅在比賽當天早上提供。

HONG MAO KOMBUCHA FKT獎品將頒發給當天31公里24公里或12公里賽事中創下最快的男性和最快的女性。

這僅在比賽當天和比賽期間有效。

這僅根據STRAVA段落數據有效。

In addition to the race categories, we have the HONG MAO KOMBUCHA FKT Challenge during the 31km and 24km trails. Whoever sets the fastest time on the given STRAVA segment, will receive a HONG MAO KOMBUCHA FKT prize. The segment will only be made available the morning of the race. 

HONG MAO KOMBUCHA FKT prizes are awarded to the fastest male and fastest female overall in either the 31km or 24km race categories on the day. 

This is only valid on the day and during the race.

This is only valid according to the STRAVA segment data. 

這個活動將使用電子芯片計時，正式結果將在活動結束後在線上提供。

31公里 / 24公里 / 16公里 / 8公里越野賽的計時芯片位於每位參賽者的號碼布背面。然而在6公里的徒步活動中，並不使用這些芯片。

The event will be electronic chip timed and official results will be made available online after the event.

Timing chips are located on the back of each participant’s bib number in the 31km / 24km / 16km / 8km trail races. These are however not on the 6km Hike bibs. 

NOTE: Do not remove these chips from your bibs, as you will not have recorded event times.

We will provide a supervised bag storage service to all participants for free. Please drop your bag off at the designated Bag Service area on the event day. 

The organizer cannot be held liable for any losses or damages. 

Please make sure to attach your bag tag to your bag before handing it in at the bag service area.

Come join our initiative in the effort to keep our trails clean. Any event participant can sign-up to be an EcoRanger at the event, but we can only accommodate 10 EcoRangers on a first-come, first-served basis. To sign-up simply select the EcoRanger selection during the event registration process on Accupass.

So, what’s the plan?

EcoRangers will collect litter along the trail during the event. Once gathered, the trash will be properly disposed of at the nearest Aid Station or Checkpoint.

But the commitment doesn’t end there! Following the event, we’ll host an exclusive recognition ceremony to honor the dedication of our EcoRangers.

While we appreciate your eagerness, safety is our top priority. We kindly ask EcoRangers to stick to the designated trail and to avoid trying to retrieve litter from risky areas like canyons, creeks, trees, or cliffs. Let’s all stay safe while making a positive impact on our environment.

Venture Treks夥伴們都喜歡狗。不幸的是，我們毛茸茸的朋友不適合在此路線奔跑。但比賽的起點和終點區都歡迎狗狗。

Venture Treks loves dogs. Unfortunately, our furry friends cannot be a part of our runs. Dogs are welcome at the start and finish area of all races.

We make use of public trails. They are not reserved for us and they are not closed to other users. Please be courteous when passing hikers, other runners, or people with dogs.

任何的物品遺失，如果活動當天未認領，我們將會捐其到慈善團體或一些需要的跑者們，我們將不會幫忙寄送物品給你。

​Any personal items left after the race will be donated to a charity or to other local runners in need. We will not ship items to you.

Volunteers are the backbone of the race week. As participants, please show your appreciation for their efforts to help you finish the race by thanking and giving a smile to our volunteers. 任何參與者都可以投訴活動的任何方面。投訴只能在有第一手資料的情況下提出。不接受或考慮事後異議。辱罵的語言是不能容忍的。可以表達憤怒但請注意自身行為與言語。

任何個人無論男女，如果被發現在比賽過程中使用身體暴力，將被終身禁止參加所有賽事。

Any participant wishing to complain about any aspect of the event can do so. Complaints may only be made with first-hand knowledge. No second-hand reports will be accepted or considered. Abusive language will not be tolerated. Persons wishing to express outrage will do so in a controlled manner.

Any individual, male or female, will be barred from all events for life if found to have used physical violence during the course of the event.
